Main Duties & Responsibilities (หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ):
1. Set up and prepare Training Programs and Training Manual as per companys concept and standard in order to support the Infinity Spas sales & marketing strategies.
2. Review and update training and selling techniques & tools to ensure that effective training adapted to different points of sale.
3. Review and develop assessment techniques where appropriate to stimulate and maximize learning potential.
4. Ensures that all Infinity Spa employees have sufficient and effective training to conduct themselves in a professional manner when attending to clients and carry out in accordance with companys protocol and procedures.
5. Assist and evaluate employees with treatment and product knowledge, selling skills and behavior in order to guide and motivate them in a customized manner.
6. Assist with screening and interviewing of new employees.
7. Develop new techniques, treatments, packages, professional & retail products in order to increase sales & revenues and cost effective.
8. Maintain professional relationships with all suppliers.
9. Cooperate with Spa Director, Operations Manager and HR & Admin
Manager to set up Brand Standard and Brand Audit on the following matters:
Hygienic & Cleanliness & Safety
Spa Presentation & Atmosphere
Skills & Knowledge
Personal Hygiene & Grooming
Attitude & Manner
10. Set up and responsible for Learning & Training Center.
11. Set up and responsible for a yearly Academy Program.
