Job Summary:

Responsible forsales coordinated dealing with customer for finance function, process invoicing, collection and other related matters as assigned.

Job Functions:

• Sales coordinated to customer for billing process and collection due term
• Being responsible for invoicing and issuing debit/credit notes
• Monitoring & Maintain daily transaction movement in bank accounts, credit card merchant statement and Internet banking.
• Assisting Accounting in month end closing process
• Administration for related matters: Mailing, Messenger order / Adhoc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields.
• At least 1 year experience in collection or any related finance functions.
• Able to work under pressure, be energetic, initiative, good analytical thinking in problem solving, good Interpersonal relationship.
• Being familiar with Microsoft Excel is a plus.
