Position Summary:

A Telesales representative calls predeterminded leads to pro-actively sell extended warranty. To work as a team to meet and exceed sales targets set by the supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and / or exceed sales targets set by supervisor
• Understands the importance of performance and how it contributes to the overall success of the company
• Educate customers about the nature of our products and services
• Create brand and product awareness amongst our target audience
• Represent the company in a friendly and professional manner
• Gather accurate customer information
• Follow call Centre policy and procedures
• Participate in daily team huddles
• Ability to build rapport with potential customers over the phone in a shot period of time
• Actively participate in training and coaching sessions
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
