Responsibilities / Job Description :
1. มีความรู้และสามารถรับผิดชอบการดำเนินงานนำเข้าสินค้าทางทะเลระหว่างประเทศ (แจ้งเรือนำเข้า, Enter เอกสาร, สั่งจ่ายและแลกเอกสาร D/O, ตรวจและตามเอกสารจากทางเอเจนท์ฝั่งส่งออก, ประสานงานลูกค้าและชิปปิ้งในเรื่องเอกสารใบขน, จองรถหัวลาก, แจ้งวางบิลลูกค้า, อื่นๆ)
2. ประสานงานเอเจนท์ระหว่างฝั่งผู้ส่งออกและฝั่งผู้นำเข้า ช่วยลูกค้าในการตรวจเช็คและแก้ไขเอกสาร รวมถึงติดตามขั้นตอนการตรวจปล่อย ส่งของ และคืนตู้ ให้กับลูกค้าและเอเจนท์รับทราบ
3. รักษาความสัมพันธ์กับ Agent ในต่างประเทศ ตอบกลับอีเมลและ (อาทิเช่น การตรวจสอบสถานะการทำงานของตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ที่ส่งออกหรือนำเข้า เพื่อแจ้งอัพเดทกับทางเอเจนท์ และลูกค้า)
4. แจ้งอัพเดทรายละเอียดการนำเข้าสินค้า เช็คฟรีไทม์ และคอนเฟิร์มการเข้าของเรือ รวมถึงการปล่อยเอกสาร D/O ของแต่ละสายเรือให้กับชิปปิ้ง และ ลูกค้าทราบ
5. งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

4. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office พื้นฐานได้
5. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ หากได้ภาษาจีนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
